Avocado Dip
Ingredients:
1 Avocado
Lemon juice
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper
Kraft Italian dressing
Method:
Cut the avocado in half, discard the seed and scoop out the flesh and put into a small bowl.
Squeeze a little lemon juice over it, to stop it from going brown.
Sprinkle some garlic salt, salt and pepper and mash together.
Add 1 tablespoon of Italian dressing and blend.
Serve with barbeque corn chips as a dip.
Also works well on hot buttered toast.
