Rice-Coleslaw
Ingredients:
4 cups finely shredded cabbage ( about ½ medium cabbage)
¾ cup long-grain rice
½ cup chopped red and green peppers
1 cup sliced radishes
1 teaspoon salt
1 medium sized onion
10oz can whole corn kernels
½ cup French dressing
½ teaspoon dried mustard
pinch pepper
1 dessertspoon sugar
1 clove garlic crushed

Method:
Cook rice in usual way, drain well.
Place cabbage into large bowl.
Add rice, red and green peppers, radishes, grated onion and drained corn.
Place remaining ingredients into screwtop jar, shake well.
Pour over rice and vegetables, toss thoroughly.
