Veal Scallopini
Ingredients:
Veal steak
Seasoned flour
2/3rd quantity of oil to
1/3rd quantity of butter.
White wine
Lemon juice.
Method:
Heat oil in a frypan add butter and allow to foam.
Cook the steaks slowly until they are brown.
Remove and drain.
Remove any fat from the pan.
Mix some white wine and lemon juice to the pan juices and stir making up a sauce.
To serve, spoon the sauce over each steak.
