Flap Jack

Ingredients:
180g unsalted butter
250g castor sugar
150g porridge oats
90g desiccated coconut
125g melted chocolate

Method:
Cream butter and sugar.
Mix in oats and coconut.
Press onto a shallow tin.
Bake in moderate oven for 25 minutes.
Cut while still warm.
When cold dip corners in melted chocolate.
