Fried Courgettes/Zucchini with Tzatziki

Ingredients:
4 courgettes/zucchini
30g seasoned flour
Oil, for frying

Method:
Cut the tops and tails from the courgettes/zucchinis and remove their skins with a vegetable peeler.
Slice each courgette/zucchini lengthways into 4 slices.
Coat each slice in seasoned flour.
Heat oil in frying pan, fry the courgettes/zucchini slices for about five minutes, turning once so that they become golden on both sides.
Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
Keep warm while frying the rest.
Serve with the tzatziki.
