¼ of a watermelon (about 300g flesh)
1 orange, peeled

2 apples
250g blackberries

¼ cucumber
125g strawberries
2 slices cantaloupe
1 kiwi fruit

Traveller’s Tonic
2 apples
1 orange
2.5cm fresh root ginger, roughly chopped

Energiser
225g strawberries
1 kiwi fruit
1 apple
1 tablespoon linseeds, ground

Super-Charge
¼ pineapple (about 200g flesh)
¼ galia melon (about 200g flesh)
1 mango, peeled and stoned
Handful of seedless green grapes

Iron Booster
1 handful of watercress
225g spinach
15g parsley
2 carrots
¼ cucumber
1 teaspoon Spirulina
