Scallops with garlic and ginger
Ingredients:
500g Scallops
2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
2” piece of ginger, finely sliced
125g butter
Fresh lime juice
Method:
Clean and dry the scallops.
Melt the butter and fry the garlic and ginger for 1-2 minutes.
Add the scallops and quickly fry them 3-5 minutes, turn them over once. Never overcook scallops
Squeeze the juice from the lime over them while still in the pan.
Serve immediately with some of the sauce over them.
