Barbecued Hamburgers

Ingredients:
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ cup milk
1egg, beaten
2 teaspoons salt
Freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 onion, peeled and grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 kg(2lbs) pork or beef mince (or a combination)

Method:
Soak breadcrumbs in milk and then mix with remaining ingredients.
Mix in meat lightly and thoroughly.
Shape into 8 patties.
Place on a grill over a hot barbecue and cook for 10 minutes each side.
Serve with a selection of mustards and some home made tomato sauce.
