BBQ Garlic Prawns
Ingredients:
500g green prawns, shelled tails left on), deveined
125 g butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, crushed
Lemon juice
Method:
Mix crushed garlic and butter together.
Melt some butter on BBQ plate and add prawns.
Cook, adding extra butter, to keep moist. When cooked, squeeze lemon juice and serve immediately.
Serve with a BBQ or sweet chilli sauce.
