Chocolate Hazelnut Cake

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Self Raising Flour
1 ½ cups sugar
125g unsalted butter, softened
3 eggs
¾ cups milk
125g ground hazelnuts ( or you could use walnuts instead)
3 tablespoons cocoa

Method:
Place all ingredients into mix master and mix for 3 – 5 minutes.
Place into a greased 23cm baking tin and bake in a moderate oven for 30 – 35 minutes.
Ice with Chocolate Frosting

Chocolate Frosting:
Ingredients:¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
250g icing sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
60g dark chocolate
60g butter

Method:
Add vanilla essence to milk.
Sift icing sugar and cocoa together.
Melt chocolate and butter together.
Add icing sugar/coca mixture and vanilla/milk mixture.
Beat well until smooth.
