Mars Fruit and Nut Slice

Ingredients:
2 cups crushed biscuit mix
1/3
rd cup ground almonds
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 teaspoon coffee
100g sultanas
100g mixed peel
½ cup dried apricots chopped
1 packet glace cherries chopped
1 packet mixed nuts chopped
½ cup coconut
300 g butter
1 cup honey
1/3
rd cup rum
6x 65g Mars Bars, melted

Method:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Melt honey and butter.
Mix rum, honey and butter into dry ingredients.
Press into 26cm-30cm flan tin.
Top with 6 melted Mars Bars.
Set in refrigerator.
