Coffee and Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:
60g icing sugar
60g cocoa
1 teaspoon instant coffee
60g chocolate biscuits, crushed
60g copha, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup condensed milk
Chocolate sprinkles

Method:
Sift together icing sugar, cocoa and instant coffee.
Add the crushed chocolate biscuits.
Fold in the melted copha. Mix well.
Add the vanilla essence and condensed milk.
Mix until thick enough to roll. Form into 2.5cm balls.
Roll in chocolate sprinkles.
Refrigerate until firm.
