Hedgehog
Ingredients:
125g unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
125g morning coffee biscuits, chopped.
Method:
Melt butter, add sugar and cocoa and mix well.
Add beaten egg and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Mix the chocolate mixture through the chopped biscuits.
Press onto a greased 18cm square cake tin and let it set in the refrigerator.
Cut into oblongs.
