Mars Bar Slice

Ingredients:
3 x 65g Mars Bars, chopped
90g unsalted butter
3 cups Rice Bubbles

Topping:
200g Milk Chocolate, chopped
30g unsalted butter

Method:
Grease 19cm x 29cm lamington tin.
Put Mars Bars and butter in large saucepan.
Stir over low heat without boiling until smooth.
Stir in Rice Bubbles.
Press mixture into tin.

Topping:
Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl over hot water.
Stir until smooth.
Spread over mixture in tin.
Refrigerate.
Cut into slices when hard.
Makes 12

NB: Microwaveable:
Melt bars/butter on medium for 1 minute.
Mix with Rice Bubbles.
Topping can be done the same way.
